Deep Red Leather Buckled Bag - Large

This beautiful bag has so much attention to detail and the leather is just wonderful! The first thing you notice is the rich leathery smell which reminds you of being in a little leather shop on holiday in Italy. I would definitely recommend this style for the worker; the inside and bottom have a rectangular box shape that encourage it to keep its form - perfect for when you have to carry paperwork from the office, and so much more stylish then a ladies briefcase (I could fit several books in here of just over A4 size and the bag could still be closed comfortably).

Unlike with a slouchy bag, finish your journey and all your papers will still be neatly organised, rather then crumpled up at the bottom. I had to mention this as it's easy to see the bag as a fashion item only, and really it is so much more practical then that.Obviously the rustic style makes it appropriate for country life and the urban scene alike; go from one to the other and you'll naturally fit in.

To open, take off the magnetic clasp buckle and unfold the flaps. The inside has one large compartment, with a smaller zipped pocket on the side for anything extra special; on the other side, there is a small leather slot for your mobile phone. The inside is lined in a pinstripe fabric lining and the hardware is all brass. As you can see, stitching is finished very neatly and the attention to detail is clearly evident.

The leather is beautifully smooth, and it has a very effective crackled finish which sets off the rustic, traditional style. This bag is just so much more special then the expensive versions. I have seen them myself and I can only say one thing - they are over quintuple the price and made in a much stiffer, featureless matte leather, and they just don't have the wow factor that this bag does.
