Complaints, Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we do accept refunds and exchanges. The item must be in absolutely brand new condition, with tags unremoved and the product must be sent back in it's original packaging within 21 days after the date of your purchase.

On safe arrival of your return, we will refund the product price only (not the postage price).

Returning Your Parcel

It is also important when returning your item that it is packaged carefully (please use the box it was sent in!) and the return address label is printed in a large font size clearly. When returning, use a postal service that fully insures the package for up to the retail value of all the items inside and please keep the receipt just in case the package does not arrive safely.

Returning A Faulty Product

Spot something you are not quite sure about? Then please let us know as soon as possible. We are very sorry for any faults. A full refund/exchange will be accepted on faulty items, and the total cost of the products you have bought plus the £5 postage and packing cost will be refunded back to you.

Avoid Mistakes

Measurements - All measurements on this website are provided on all the product pages in centimeters (cm). This gives you a realistic guide to the actual size of the product. Some bags may look smaller or larger in the pictures, as these have been modified to show each product in detail. To get an idea of the size of a bag, match the measurements with one of your own bags. You may be surprised!

Colour - Please allow some flexibility with slight product colour variations. While all product pictures are optimised to show each item's colour as realistically as possible, some monitors are very bright and can distort the colour slightly.

Gifts - Make sure that your gift is appreciated. If you're buying for a picky person, try emailing them a few pictures (right click over each picture, press copy, then paste into your email), and let them choose their favourite, so at least they're going to pick something they like, without seeing the price!
