For
orders
in the
UK,
postage
is a
flat
rate
of £5.
For
orders
within
the
following
European
countries:
Austria,
Belgium,
Denmark,
France,
Germany,
Luxembourg,
The
Netherlands,
Switzerland,
Ireland,
Norway,
Sweden,
Portugal,
Italy
and
Spain,
the
postage
cost
is £13.
For
orders
within
the
US,
Canada,
Australia
and
New
Zealand,
the
postage
cost
is £20.
How Will My Order be Sent?
Within
the
UK,
we will
send
your
item
by the
Royal
Mail
Standard
Parcels
Service
with
extra
insurance
cover.
This
takes
between
3-5
days.
If
you
need
your
item
to arrive
as soon
as possible,
please
fill
in
this
form
and
we will
provide
a quote
for
the
cost
of Next
Day
Special
Delivery,
which
will
cost
extra.
For
orders
under
the
value
of £30,
we use
the
Royal
Mail
First
Class
Signed
For
service.
Items
sent
through
this
way
should
arrive
the
next
day
after
they
are
sent.
For
orders
sent
outside
the
UK,
we will
send
your
item
by Royal
Mail
Airsure,
and
in most
circumstances
we will
be able
to provide
you
with
a tracking
number.
For
orders
within
Europe,
you
should
expect
to receive
your
goods
within
3-5
days.
For
all
other
countries,
the
recommended
delivery
time
is 5
days.
If
you
are
an overseas
customer
and
intend
to buy
as a
gift,
please
leave
a few
extra
days
onto
the
expected
delivery
time.
How Do I Pay for Postage and Packing?
If
you
have
chosen
to buy
using
the
shopping
cart,
postage
costs
are
stated
and
included
before
the
completion
of the
order.
If you
are
ordering
by another
method
such
as by
cheque,
you
simply
have
to add
the
postage
value
onto
the
total
price
of the
products
you
wish
to buy
before
sending
the
cheque.
When Will My Package Arrive?
Your
package
will
be sent
the
same
day
as you
order,
or the
following
day.
After
you
have
ordered,
I will
send
you
an email
to let
you
know
once
I have
sent
your
package
out
:-)
How About Insurance?
All
packages
which
I send
out
are
insured
up to
the
value
of the
items
inside.
Is Your Company Name on the Packaging?
No - no brash logos, no company names. I only write your address and
the return address on (which doesn't include the company name), so nobody
can tell where your package has come from! Which is great, if you don't
want everybody to know…
What

Need
To Know
If
you
find
after
the
recommended
delivery
duration
that
nothing
has
come,
please
get
in touch
with
me.
Then
I can
get
in contact
with
the
Royal
Mail
to track
the
package
down
or claim
compensation
if necessary.
If it did arrive ok but the packaging has been severely damaged, again
I need to know about this.
Please don't wait months before letting me know that you haven't received
your item! The longer you wait, the less there is that can be done about
it… and it just makes it very awkward really. So I'd appreciate it
very much if you let me know what has happened as soon as possible.
