Cookies

The Way Cookies Are Used:

Our business is very small, and a large proportion of our marketing is created through word of mouth. This takes an unnecessary expense out of our budget, which means we are able to provide our products to you at a cheaper cost.

If you have supplied your email address to us in any way, then we will send our email newsletter to you every so often. We do not bombard our contacts with daily newsletters. You will only be contacted if we have a new product or service which we believe you may be interested in.

Gift Certificates

• There are no expiration dates on any of the gift certificates offered - regardless of whether the gift certificates service is removed or not.
• You can combine the gift certificates together to claim more money off any purchase.
• You can redeem gift certificates against a portion of the cost, and you can also pay the rest of the cost yourself.
• To redeem the gift certificate, the redeemer must quote their voucher code(s) in the Order Form. If you have any problems using the Order Form, please send an email to BPD01@blueyonder.co.uk instead, quoting your gift certificate code(s).
• It is your responsibility to mention that you are redeeming your gift certificate when you are placing an order. If you do not mention that you are redeeming a gift certificate in any way, I will not redeem the cost against your purchase.
• You can buy and redeem as many gift certificates as you wish.
• Gift Certificates can only be claimed as part of the cost of a product.
• Gift Certificates cannot be claimed against a service that we offer (i.e. the cost of postage and packing).
  

Our Policy

• In any case where we have noticed that you are entitled to certain discounts, or you have been exempted from a particular service before you order, we will do our best to notify you about this before any money is exchanged.
• If, after your order, we have noticed that a fault has been made in calculating your order, we will refund the amount that should have been discounted back to you.
  

Exceptions To The Rule

• The terms above will be met by our business. In certain cases, there may be exceptions to the rule where for some reason (whether it be to the benefit of ourselves or the customer), we may give exceptions to treat a particular customer more favourably. This depends on the situation and if we believe that particular customer has been particularly useful to our business.
